Representatives from the Alzheimer's Association - Wisconsin Chapter
Audrey Linn
Volunteer Community Educator
Audrey has been a Volunteer Community Educator for two years. Her background is in theater and art therapy and has been the Activity Director at SSM's St. Francis Home since 2007. Audrey has worked in healthcare for 20 years and has found her calling working with people with memory loss, believing that “although Alzheimer’s disease and dementia bring much loss, people with memory problems are inherently more curious, honest, and playful than others.”
Tim Harrington
Community Outreach Coordinator
Tim’s primary role is as a Community Outreach Coordinator covering a large territory in Southeast Wisconsin. In this role Tim partners with many agencies to help assure that any family affected by Alzheimer’s or a related dementia has education support and resources they may need to navigate their journey. Another of Tim’s roles is as a Research Champion for Region 5 of the Alzheimer’s Association. In this role he gives up to date presentations around the state of Alzheimer’s research and the Alzheimer’s Association’s role in it. Prior to his hiring, Tim helped care for his father who succumb to Alzheimer’s in 2009.
