Registration: Spring Assembly of Priests

There are two parts to the registration:

1. Complete this form to register for the Spring Assembly and select meals
2. Upon confirmation of assembly registration, click on the link to reserve a room at The Abbey Resort if applicable (room reservations are a separate form).

PAYMENT Indicate one of the folowing:

 I authorize payment from funds I have available in my account in the Archdiocesan Priests' Continuing Education Fund.
(Note: This authorization is for the registration fee only; it does not include the cost of lodging at The Abbey Resort .)

I will submit a check payable to the "Archdiocese of Milwaukee."

Diocesan Senior Priests:

If you are attending the entire conference but are not able to remit the requested registration and lodging fees, complete and return both the Registration and The Abbey Resort lodging forms to Faye Herrick at the Chancery Office and include a check payable to the “Archdiocese of Milwaukee” for the amount you are able to pay toward this year’s assembly (lodging and assembly fees); 
do not send any form or check to The Abbey Resort.
