NCYC Group Leader Information

NCYC 2025 Registration Process

 

Based on previous years, we have 96 spots available for NCYC 2025. Group leaders can reserve spots and put deposits down for any spots using our Group Reservation Form (Opens 1/28/2025). A deposit of $285 per spot is required to reserve each spot (both teens and adults).  When those spots are filled, we will start a waitlist.

Cost:  $705/person (until 4/30/2025)

  • Same cost for teens and adults

  • Includes: NCYC ticket, bus, hotel, trading item, t-shirt, 4 meals (Thurs. dinner, Fri.-Sun. breakfast)

Itinerary (Subject to Change)

  • Thursday, November 20th
    • 7:45am - Departure Mass @ Mary, Mother of the Church Pastoral Center
    • 8:45am - Leave for Indianapolis
    • 3pm - Early dinner, check in to hotel
    • 7pm - NCYC begins @ Lucas Oil Stadium
  • Friday November 21st and Saturday, November 22nd
    • 8am-10pm - NCYC all day
  • Sunday, November 23rd
    • 8am - Wake Up, Eat Breakfast, Pack Bus
    • 9am - Depart for Milwaukee
    • 1:30pm - Arrive at MMCPC

Cost Schedule: 

  • $680  - Before 3/31/25, or initial tickets sell out [SOLD OUT]

  • $705  - Before 4/30/25 

  • $730 - Before 8/30/25

  • $755 - Before 10/01/25

 

Payment Deadlines: 

  • Deposits ($310/person) - due upon reservation 

  • August 25th - 50% of remaining balance due 

  • October 31st - 100% of balance due

  Is there financial aid available for NCYC?  

The Archdiocese provides no financial aid or scholarships for NCYC. Parishes are encouraged to do fundraising to help defray some of the cost for their group attending NCYC.  

 

  How many adult leaders can/should I bring with my parish group? Can my priest come?  

Parish groups need 1 adult for every 6 teens. Parish groups also need gender specific leaders (if you have boys and girls attending, you need to have male and female adult leaders).  

All adult leaders should be ready and capable of accompanying our youth at NCYC. Please do not use NCYC as an evangelizing experience for adults. 

Priests are more than welcome to accompany your group! Because they may have different duties during the conference, you should not count them as adult leaders. If your priest would like to attend, reach out to Andrew ASAP!

  What Meals are included? 

The NCYC Milwaukee registration includes 4 meals.  These meals will be: 

  • Thursday Dinner: Buca di Beppo 

  • Friday Breakfast: Breakfast at Hotel

  • Saturday Breakfast: Breakfast at Hotel 

  • Sunday Breakfast: Breakfast at Hotel 

Lunch & Dinner on Friday & Saturday are at the individuals own expense. Parish leaders are welcome to coordinate meals for their group.

  What is the refund policy for NCYC 2025?   

For individual teens, parishes determine refund policies and dates, since families pay parishes directly.  

The parish refund policy for spots is as follows: 

  • Canceling before September 1, 2025 - full refund, minus deposit ($285) 

  • Canceling September 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025 - 75% refund, minus deposit ($285) 

  • Canceling October 01, 2025 - October 31, 2025 - 50% refund, minus deposit ($285) 

  • Canceling November 1, 2025 or later - no refund available
