The Archdiocese provides no financial aid or scholarships for NCYC. Parishes are encouraged to do fundraising to help defray some of the cost for their group attending NCYC.
Parish groups need 1 adult for every 6 teens. Parish groups also need gender specific leaders (if you have boys and girls attending, you need to have male and female adult leaders).
All adult leaders should be ready and capable of accompanying our youth at NCYC. Please do not use NCYC as an evangelizing experience for adults.
Priests are more than welcome to accompany your group! Because they may have different duties during the conference, you should not count them as adult leaders. If your priest would like to attend, reach out to Andrew ASAP!
The NCYC Milwaukee registration includes 4 meals. These meals will be:

Sunday Breakfast: Breakfast at Hotel
Lunch & Dinner on Friday & Saturday are at the individuals own expense. Parish leaders are welcome to coordinate meals for their group.
For individual teens, parishes determine refund policies and dates, since families pay parishes directly.
The parish refund policy for spots is as follows:

Canceling before September 1, 2025 - full refund, minus deposit ($285)

Canceling September 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025 - 75% refund, minus deposit ($285)

Canceling October 01, 2025 - October 31, 2025 - 50% refund, minus deposit ($285)
