Dale Nees
Deacon Dale Nees has more than thirty-five years as a Nursing Director. As a Registered Nurse, he has served patients and their families across the lifespan from premature infants to centenarians. Deacon Dale has also overseen care delivery in the home, intensive care, and other post-acute care settings. Besides holding Degrees in Nursing, he has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Ministry. Deacon Dale received his Certificate in Pastoral Studies from St. Francis de Sales Seminary and was ordained to the Order of Deacon in 2009. Since ordination, he has lead Faith Integration Groups and taught classes for the Office of Diaconate Formation. Deacon Dale is a Truck Stop Chaplain and is involved in Native Ministry in South Dakota. He is currently covenanted with St. Paul the Apostle Church in Racine who collaborates with St. Louis in Caledonia. Deacon Dale is Franciscan at heart as a professed S.F.O. Away from the office he enjoys being home with his wife Barb and taking their youngest son fishing, dirt biking, and paint-balling. Deacon Dale has a love of Fine Arts and when time permitted painted portraits in oil and sculpted in bronze.
