Monday, Sept. 23 through Saturday, Sept. 28
Parishes and multi-parishes are invited to develop service opportunities for their parishioners that will take place during September 23 to 28. These opportunities might be new service to a parish/multi-parish community or might be opportunities that the parish/multi-parish has been dedicated to for years. Below are the 7 Days of Service opportunities organized by the archdiocese. All are welcome to attend these events.
Care Bundles
A collaborative event with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, local host parishes, Catholic Charities, Gerard's Embrace, Bethel House, Family Promises and Capuchins Community Service.
Dates: various, Sept. 23-27
Location: various
Registered volunteers are asked to bring donations to one of the 19 parish host sites, and then these donations will be used to create care bundles. View the map to find a host site near you, or download the Host Site Schedule. For those who cannot attend the care bundle assembly nights, host sites may distribute instructions about how to create care bundles from home that can be dropped off at specific donation locations. All completed care bundle packages will be given to social agencies in that local deanery (county).
