It has come to our attention that many of our parishes and schools have not received information about our transition to the MyEnroll360 benefits platform which is scheduled to go live for billing December 1. As a result, we are trying multiple ways to reach everyone, and we apologize if you receive the same information multiple times.

 

Please know, in addition to email, all communications, links to “action items,” forms, and training registration links and videos (when available) will be posted at Archmil.org on the Health Insurance webpage. Please plan to check there regularly to ensure you are not missing anything.

 

If you have not received any information regarding this transition, please take a moment to read the emails below and complete the Action Item highlighted in yellow by September 30, 2022.

 

 

 

 

This transition requires all locations to move to ACH direct debit payments. Kim Kasten will email you directly with a fillable ACH form via a secure email from Barracuda. Please watch for her email and respond by October 7, 2022 (revised date due to system issues).

 

We have scheduled an overview meeting and three important training opportunities for you. Please register by September 30, 2022, for these opportunities so we can ensure everyone among our parishes and schools who needs to attend does. Zoom links for the training meetings will be emailed directly to those who have registered.
