The Department of Communications exists to disseminate information about the Catholic Church and the activities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee in southeastern Wisconsin. Communications ministry within the Department is comprised of three main areas of focus:

• Support of archdiocesan initiatives and programs
• Communication to parishes and schools
• Communication to the broader community

Both internally and externally, the Communications Office works to establish mutually beneficial relationships between the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and its many publics, especially via our Web sites, the weekly television and radio Masses, the archbishop's communications and television program, broadcast and print advertising, seasonal bulletin inserts, and the Catholic Schools marketing program.

In addition, staff members offer assistance to parishes, schools and other Catholic organizations in:

• Strategic communications planning
• Public relations
• Marketing.
