Marriage Ministry

About   Contacts   Resources

Marriage ministry is part of the Nazareth Project of the John Paul II Center. In our ministry we strive to support and celebrate married couples in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee by providing resources and programs.

Staff members coordinate the Archdiocesan Engaged Enrichment Days and Weekends and serve as consultants and resources for Premarital Training (PMI/FOCCUS), Theology of Marriage, and Marriage Preparation.

Members of the office provide referrals and information on retreats and programs for married couples including: Evenings for Couples, REFOCCUS materials and family resources. In addition, resources and programs for couples who are experiencing conflict in their marriage are also available.

The office sponsors a yearly Jubilee Celebration for couples celebrating their 25th and 50th wedding anniversary. The day begins with Mass followed by a luncheon hosted at the Archbishop Cousins Catholic Center. This program is offered in the fall of the year.
