Elementary School Teacher

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our vibrant Catholic school community. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to Catholic Education and a strong desire to nurture the intellectual, spiritual, and emotional growth of young learners. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the hearts and minds of our students while instilling Catholic values and teachings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field or working towards education license.
  • Valid teaching certification/license appropriate for elementary education.
  • Deep understanding and commitment to Catholic teachings, values, and traditions.
  • Previous experience teaching in a Catholic school or similar educational setting preferred.
  • Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential academically, spiritually, and morally.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic educational environment.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional growth and lifelong learning as an educator.

Utilize differentiated instruction and innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students and promote their individual growth and development. Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and Catholic-themed activities that enrich the curriculum and reinforce core values. Incorporate technology and multimedia sources to enhance teaching and learning experiences in alignment with Catholic principles. Foster strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and the broader Catholic community to support students' academic, social, and spiritual development opportunities, school events, and extracurricular activities that contribute to the overall mission and ethos of the Catholic school.
